The adhesives are developed to bond a wide variety of substrates including technical foams, plastics, metals, non-woven fibers, and fabrics. The bonding of low surface energy substrates is also possible. Applications include acoustic insulation, HVAC seals, gaskets, electrical devices, seats, doors, anti rattle tapes, spacers, decorative trims, pillars, roofs, headliners, and others.
Applications
According to VDA 278 analysis, CCT’s adhesive tapes do not contain any single substances restricted by the GB 27630 regulation (China), the indoor concentration guideline by JAMA (Japanese Automobile Manufacturers Association), or the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW).

Test Method VDA 278
The Automotive Industry utilizes a test method, VDA 278, by which VOC and FOG emissions are measured. CCT’s Low Emission Adhesive Tapes are designed and engineered to meet the target values set forth by each OEM.
